Kasey D. lives with her 4 children (David 16), (Kaila 13), (Isabella 5) and (Violet 3). Five years ago she gave birth to twins at 24 weeks. Isabella and Ace. They were 12 inches long and weighed 1.6 and 1.5lbs. They were very sick. Ace passed away 4 days later, and Isabella is now 5. Kasey quit her job to care for Isabella. She spent 7 months in the NICU, suffered major brain bleeding, had heart and intestinal surgeries and was ventilated for months. She came home on oxygen and a feeding-tube. \"A lot has happened since then. She\'s 5 now and is still g-tube fed. She has many appointments. Staying home to take care of her has cost my family financially. My older children do not have the stuff they need. I run out of gas constantly. The electric bill is very high due to running medical equipment and portable heaters. My minivan is falling apart. My kids are watching a 4 inch tv I got from Salvation Army, because I do not have the money to repair our bigger tv. My needs are utilities, gas cards clothes, diapers and food. My two older children play sports, and would love gift cards for sneakers. They\'ve had the same ones forever. My oldest wore his this toes turned blue. We dont have internet or cable. I need a trundle bed for my daughters. I\'ll take help for anything at this point. We had no Christmas here. My kids are suffering and I have no one else to turn to. Thank you so much.. I am blessed to even have this chance.\"
They need: $1500 for bill assistance; $2000 for basic needs; $1500 for gas and auto repairs
