Toni R. has a 6 year old son who suffers from ADHD. His father is not in the picture and pays no child support. Toni and her son live in a small apt. Toni has a learning disability and receives SSI. She also has some medical problems and this last few months \"it has been hard for me to stand or walk on my feet. I only get $674.00. $5.00 of that goes to my son in his own account so when he gets older he will have some kind of money in his account for college or for a place to live. By time I pay all my bills we have nothing left for the basic needs. I get food stamps for the 2 of us but it don\'t last the whole month {$324.00 a mo}. I have to make sure my son has stuff for lunch at school. I always make sure my son comes before me. With Christmas coming up I can\'t get him anything for Christmas. I could barely get him anything for his Birthday. I\'m asking for help for my son so when Christmas day comes he has something under the tree. I don\'t own a coat; only a hoodie and that\'s what I wear in the winter. Some of my medicines require a co-pay that I have a hard time paying for so I don\'t get them refilled unless I have the money for them. I don\'t have much for our apt so I do what I can. I just want the best for my son and am hoping GiveLocally can help us.\"
They need: $500 Clothing Assistance; $500 Prescription Assistance; $500 Basic Needs
